Marshall Medical Centers, like many hospitals throughout the nation, completes a Community Needs Health Assessment every three years.
The assessment process includes making surveys available to the residents of Marshall County and surrounding areas through churches, civic clubs, senior centers, Chambers of Commerce, at local events and on the Marshall Medical Centers website. The 2016 report can be viewed at the link below.
The data collected from the surveys has been compiled with information from local and state-wide health and social services agencies into the pages of these reports. The findings have provided a snapshot of the current health of the residents of our community and have revealed your concerns about the most pressing health care issues we face.
Information from the assessment will potentially influence the services and programs provided by the Medical Centers and may also impact efforts to recruit certain types of physicians in specialty areas not currently represented among the Medical Centers’ medical staff.Download the 2016 Report
