What is a Patient Portal?
A Patient Portal is a secure online website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to online bill paying and personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection using a web browser on your home computer, smartphone or tablet device.
What information can I find in the Patient Portal?
The information in the portal is from your Marshall Medical Centers’ electronic health record. Using a secure username and password, patients can pay their bills online and view a summary of your personal health information including - lab results, allergies, medications, procedures and diagnoses.
Patients may view outstanding balances on all visits to a Marshall Medical Centers facility and make full or partial payments using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments made on the portal are immediately reflected.
Easy Enrollment Process!
Patients who are interested in signing up to access their information on the Patient Portal may do so by going to the Information Desk located at the main entrances of Marshall Medical Center North or Marshall Medical Center South between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. A representative will escort you to the Health Information Management office where the enrollment process will be completed. During this process, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address.
