Each free session will begin at 9 AM with a brief 5–7 minute health talk. Each event will be hosted by Dr. Amanda Storey, who is board-certified in Family and Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Storey and special guest speakers will share practical insights on relevant health topics before leading participants on a walk along the scenic lakeside trails of Guntersville Lake. Special indoor locations will be selected for cold weather months. Please see list below for specific details.
